About Mindy Weaver-Flask Mindy Weaver-Flask is a long time writer, teacher, and facilitator. She graduated from the Feminist Leadership Academy of Cincinnati, and is licensed to facilitate Women Writing for (a) Change classes, workshops, and retreats. She has taught in both the public and private schools, has led workshops for young girls and teens, and has taught creative writing to adult women. Additionally, Mindy has been working with organizations to foster community building and communication through the writing process.
